If Holding The power button for 10 sec does not work then let it discharge to 0% and then try it. If that still does not work you'll have to send it to Acer to fix it. Here is a suggestion. when buying android tablets, only buy from Asus, Google, Samsung, or Sony. If not, there is a good chance of having a problem.
