Has anyone or group claimed responsibility for the green paint incidents in Washington, D.C.?

This woman says the police didn't seem that interested on finding out who did this. This video is from July/29/2013. This is the latest I can find on it. I found this quite interesting. It did leave me questioning why the police don't seem to be taking it as serious as they should be.

I heard on the news (a few days ago) that they have a lot of surveillance on camera, and they are supposed to be looking through it. There were surveillance cameras there at the time. I hope this isn't something ''else'' that the Obama administration tries to sweep under the rug.

No one or group has claimed responsibility but they have arrested a woman for the church defacing.
