The weather really drops in November. It is likely to be cold, especially in the evening and at night. It is less rainy than October though. I have included a link below to an average weather chart.
Things to do in addition ot those you mention - a boat trip on the Seine (or a walk down it), Notre Dame, Musee d'Orsay, Arc de Triomphe, Pere-Lachaise Cemetery, Champs-Elysees, Montmartre, lots of cafes (such as Les Deux Magots) and shopping (including specialists shops such as Fauchon). You can do a number of these, your standard things and lots of others using the Paris Pass (second link).

I was there in the Oct/Nov and it was pretty cold and windy. I would bring a scarf, jacket, and long underwear. I'm from Cali so it was freezing for me but my cousin is from Colorado and it didn't bother him at all. It doesn't snow but it might rain. I'd check out the catacombs, I missed them when I went and I really wanted to check them out. Oh well.
