HP Pavilion p6631p Desktop PC right now my pc has a 250 watt powersupply can I upgrade it to at least 450watts?

Plz tell me if I can hpgrade my pc it has a 2.9 quadcire prosesser with 16gb of ram I upgraded my ram. And I want to upgrade my graphics card but I need a bigger oower supply. So will a 450 watt power supply be ok?and how.would I put it in my pc?
