Can an 18 year old cross the Canada/US border alone without parental permission?

A few weeks ago I rode a bus by myself from Canada to the states, I was 17 then and needed a note from both my parents giving me permission to go, I recently turned 18 and am going back to the states on my own by bus again soon, this time do I need a note from my parents?

well. You are grown up though. But you you can't over-grow your parent's guide. Before you make any step of that tell them. If you are allowed, fine. If you are restricted, fine. Don't go without thier permission. Even the Bible mandates us to obey our parents (eph 6:1-3). Don't worry, if your parents don't let you, one day you'll go with you husband.
