My purchased tracks in iTunes were lost when my external drive crashed?
The purchased tracks and video are in the store but the store won't let my re download. The track title appears in iTunes, but when I select it I get an error message, "Can't locate,,,". What do I need to do to get the store to re-download?

Go to your iTunes folder in "my documents, music, iTunes, media" and delete the bad tracks. Then try re-downloading them.
