In a fantasy keeper league, is Ryan Howard worth claiming off waivers?
The first basemen I have are James Loney and Albert Pujols.

Nope -- injuries mounting and keepers should be a premium, especially at these power positions. At this point, Pujols should be questionable.

Make Ryan Howard your UTIL. Pujols is out for the year and Loney is having a good season. Howard is bound to have a good run left in him before the season ends. Hes had some injury problems but hes a solid hitter nontheless.
