I have most of the ingredients for SALSA in my garden.?
What I don't have is LIME. DO I have to have lime or can LEMON work ?

Yes lemon will be just as good if not better. My sister has a garden and make salsa all the time. You can pretty much tweak it any way you want.

I use bottled lime or lemon juice! In emergency when I don't have either of those 2, I use Cider Vinegar or white or rose' wine. Anything acidic is good!
