Berwyn IL a good place to live?

I'm considering buying a multi-family home in Berwyn, IL. Is Berwyn decent?

    Of course the big question is always compared to what? The median household income in Berwin is almost twice as much as in Chicago and that is a good sign. But the city did lose almost 10% of its population since 2000 and that probably has a depressing effect on real estate prices.     Come to Indiana-we need more Hoosiers-plus w/ property taxes having gone up so much, the more people paying will lessen the burden across the board, in theory. I did live in Aurora years ago and loved it-little further away for you though!!
