Keen gardeners can make profits from growing the right greenhouse crops. Choose fruit and vegetables that are relatively simple to grow and crop well to maximize profits. Choose varieties that will crop continuously as you harvest them. Farmers markets and local independent stores and restaurants are likely to be your best customers, so look to see what is in demand locally.

Tomatoes are the main thing grown in them.
The advantages are many - including :
1) the ability to keep aphids out
2) ditto for butterflies etc
3) protection from noonday sun which can burn fruit
4) less water is needed, because humidity is high inside
and
5) requires less pesticides ( following from fewer insects )
Many other vegetables as well.
Be aware that polyhouses are visited on an ad hoc basis by drug enforcement agencies to search for illegal plantations.

Obviously that depends on what you can grow and what you can sell. If you can grow and sell truffles, you're good.
But I doubt you can keep your truffles growing.
YA rules prohibit me from mentioning Can***** sat*** which can be profitable if you can get a permit for growing medical ma*******.
Look into gourmet salad items (arugula, heritage lettuces, garlics).
You might also look into things like abalone or freshwater shrimp.
Again, for profitability you need buyers. In the USA, you're not going to get buyers for horse meat, for example.
