Except for hydrogen embrittlement and leakage, the other concerns are no different than those for natural gas. In fact natural gas has more potential energy and is a bigger problem.
Hydrogen embrittlement is just a cost issue and nothing more. Leakage will be a bit greater than for a natural gas line but can be minimized.
Bullets are not a problem but explosives especially shaped charges would be the real concern but again that is no more of a problem than for natural gas, propane or gasoline pipelines.
