In civilian clothing, yes, no problem provided you are not on duty.

Not in Uniform and not in any Official Capacity as a Marine.
However, out of uniform and off duty you are still a US Citizen with all the rights that entails, including protests.
However, The Green Movement is a bunch of Idiots.

Military people in uniform are not allowed to support any political cause in the USA. As private citizens out of uniform and with no military affiliation stated, they can join a march.

No, all active duty military personnel are strictly forbidden from showing any public displays of political favoritism.
