how can i do more pull ups?
i dont have a pull ups bar at home but i want to do more pull ups
ussaly the problem is that i can almost do 2-3 [girl pull ups] and bearly 1 regular pull up and thats it and i dont have time to go to the nearest pull up bar
the main problem i weight about 87 KG im not fat or nothing but since i started working on my legs i got more heavy
aniway on what muscles and what exercises should i do to be able to do more pull ups
ive been doing some push ups i can do 20

1. find a wall
2. run towards wall
3. jump off wall upward
4.grab ledge and pull self up
these steps will allow you to boost arm and leg strength
trust me you can do this
exercises to increase upper body strength
1.lift weight over head (you just grab something like 10-30 pounds and lift over your head and lock your elbows and then bring it back down to your chest repeat
2.push ups
3.front planks (lie on the floor and get in push up position but place elbows underneath you at a 90 degree angle)
