Could it be a ring worm?
I have a slight oval shape that's a bit darker than my skin that's on my cheek, on my face. I just noticed it while washing my face and noticed that it had a bit of small bumps around it. I always wash my face and hands, what is the chance of it being a ring worm?

Yes, it could be. There are other skin infections too though, compare it to pictures online and try to diagnose it. I know a common treatment to ring worm is covering it with bleach. If it doesn't go away, go see a doctor and he will subscribe pills, cream, or even a shot, and it should be cleared up in no time.
