Do you get tired of people threatening suicide on YA?

I don't because I know that the teenage years of anyone's life are the most difficult times anyone ever goes through. There's so much to decide and deal with. Suicide is the number two killer of teens. The first is accidents and a lot of them are suspicious. This gives you an idea of how much kids struggle at this time in their lives.

I understand what you're saying and I agree that some just use that line to get attention. The problem is it's impossible to know which are which. So, when I answer one of their questions I assume they're feeling desperate and do my best to help them.

No, sometimes you feel so low and you literally can't talk to ANYBODY. Even though this is a site for other uses and it's not a one-on-one conversation we're having, at the end of the day we're all human. We need to reach out in one way or another and for some people it seems convenient to do it on Yahoo Answers and they should have every right to. They need to know that people care about them somehow! Imagine how many lives were saved through the use of internet.

Im not tired of them. I just feel like I would want to help them and put them on the right path and they had no to turn to, they find ANSWERS here to get help and sort out their problems. So i wouldnt care if they fill up their issues. Most ignorant people dont care because they never experience pain and mental problems. No ones bluffing, you never know one had commited suicide already. Because someone had not reply on their question..

I get tired of people who were obviously toilet trained on the electric chair complaining about folks in trouble crying out for help, no matter their articulation, their desperation. Thought I'd chip in, since we're all sharing. And do give my best to the Republican National Committee.

I just asked a question about this. I can't imagine how so many people, so young, could think of killing themselves all at the same time

I will say get help and to you be more sympathetic. It is a cry for help but if left unanswered you will reinforce the belief that no one cares when truthfully people do care. Not everybody cares but there are people who still care about humanity.

Yes and I don't hold back at all. About 99% of this forum is garbage and they are no exception.
