Can a large loan be taken out to start a new political party?

Or, does it have to be done strictly through donations? Donations can be earned through a good idea on a crowd-funding site, but don't laws restrict the amount of donations one person can give? And, can you tell where the donations came from on those sites?

I have an idea that could change all the Constitutional Republics in the world while working within the system of checks and balances. My idea would make the Party's office holders virtually incorruptible. Lobbyists, special interest groups and the wealthy would have no more sway over them than the rest of us.

I just don't know the best way to raise money to begin...

banks or investors in general look at your ability to repay loans. to get a large amount you need to show a compensating income. so since your "incorruptible" scheme rules out any source of income other than small donations, that is your only option.

the national parties, Republican and Democrat do get loans, but they have a verifiable record of income from donations. the party needs to spend money in advance of when most people feel like donating, so that is why they bother to take loans at all.
