Napa / Gates V belt numbering system?
I have a 25-9605 Napa Gates V belt. Thats 12.5mm x 1545mm. Because of mods to my car I need a 10mm x 1545 ish belt. So far I have not been able to figure out the numbering system to figure out what part number to ask for. Most other belts the part number had the length and width as part of the numbers but I just have not figured out how the numbers work on these.

You are not alone. I BELIEVE that the 605 on the end of that number is the length (60.5 inches) which would be close to your 1545 mm. (actually 1545 = 60.8 inches)
Try here and see if the belt catalog helps you:

The best thing to do is to go to the local NAPA dealer, and tell them exactly what you have said here. They will be able to find the belt that you need without a problem. I have taken several belts into my local parts store that I had no part numbers for (custom applications so that there was no listing) and they have been able to supply the correct belt with no problem.
A good parts counterman can do more than just look up numbers and pull the parts.

Gate valve a better choice ball type valves leak the next time you use them, + shorter in dimension. To stop your leak part close the valve then slacken the body / housing 1 - 2 turns, pick out old fibre washer and then wrap thread tape around 6 - 8 turns and tighten up open valve and that should be OK
