Your BMI is slightly under 20 so you're normal healthy weight (BMI between 18,5-25 is normal weight). In fact, you're far from being overweight. You're closer to being underweight to be honest, so I don't understand why you eat only 1400 calories per day.
I eat about 1500 calories if I want to lose weight. So I think eating 1400 calories per day being quite active is far too little. You may slow down your metabolism too much (your body will store food as you don't provide it with enough food) or you may even get malnutritioned and that will affect the way you look - your skin, your hair etc.
To keep your weight, you need to have about 1800-2000 calories depending on your age and lifestyle.

Yeah, I think you are active enough. But don't over eat for you to maintain your body. And just in case you want to hire a personal trainer you can check this website http://noexcusefitness.com/ or you can call this number (949) 313-4034.

I think you'll be fine. You have a pretty low calorie intake, although healthy, and i'm sure you burn it off with your activity. Fat is necessary though, don't worry.
