Are ATV, Dirt bikes, etc street legal in Minnesota?

Just expecting to live there and wondering if it is possible to get one that is street legal, what is required if so?

Update:

Well, how about citing part of the Vehicle code? Or actually answering the question "...what is required if so?"

I think they must be street legal since I did find this on an official state website:

A driver's license is required to operate an ATV along or on public road rights-of-way.

http://www.atvsafety.gov/state/minnesota.html

It seems to me that implies they are legal to drive on public road rights of ways, so maybe on public roads as well?

Does anyone have an answer that is based in facts??

Of course not, most ATVs and dirt bikes aren't remotely street legal.

MN isn't filled with toothless Okies, they expect all the usual Vin numbers, tail lights, etc...
