They will play New Zealand which they have defeated in a friendly before which Fifa
knows this already so do you think Fifa would have a corrupted ref in favor of New Zealand
just to give Mexico a hard time so they don't think it will not be a walk in the park?

It's still possible for Mexico getting 3rd. It's unlikely but possible. Honduras has to lose their last 2 games vs Costa Rica and vs Jamaica. And Mexico needs to win both or at least win one and tie the other.
But yeah. Mexico is aiming for 4th place.

We have beatan new zealand in the pass before but that was in U.S territory though. It would be weird to ply them in their country.
