Rivers or Fleener - week 3 waiver pickup?

Both are available.

I'm good at both positions but I'd rather have Rivers than Dalton as my backup QB, and I don't want other teams bolstering themselves. My starting TE is Vernon Davis. I can try to get both, but which should I go for first? PPR league.

    I'd pick up Fleener, he head a breakout game against the Dolphins last Sunday, with Dwayne Allen out for the year, he's sure to get plenty of balls thrown his way
