Government Development Question?

I know capitalism lead to socialism in the Industrial era and that led to ideas of a utopian society (which always failed.) but how did these things, especially socialism lead to communism? I just need to know how communism came to be (as a result of what went on during the Industrial revolution)

Thanks!

Communism existed because during the Industrial Revolution, machines did most of the work. Manual Labor was less needed and automatic labor replaced many factory workers. Unemployment rate rose dramatically. This was caused by the rich using machinery as it was cheaper rather than human workers. Overall, the wealthy became richer and the poverty became poorer. If the entire nation was heavily composed of unemployed people, and only a few portion of people are wealthy. That would result in the Wealthy controlling the nation rather than the State. Not to mention living conditions got worse and worse as every year passed for the poor people.

Communism provided a solution to the problem, transfer all private property to the State. Wealthy people were no longer wealthy, therefore could not control the poor people. Without the rich people controlling employments. The State controlled the employment rate. Instead of looking for qualification and reason to hire someone. The State assigned jobs to certain people. If you wanted to become a doctor and actually had the brains to do so. You couldn't. The nation has too many doctors, therefore you are assigned a different job like dentistry. Although, this may look bad. It is actually positive for the nation since it provides an equal amount of jobs to ensure that no one is untreated. Each community were to have one person of a specific profession. (Ex. You wouldn't go to a town for a check-up where everybody is a miner and not a single doctor lives in the town) Communism would automatically solve the problem of the example by assigning a doctor to the community. Overall, as the State controlled what everybody did living conditions improved. That was the only reason, Communism was kept. If conditions improved, there was no reason to remove it.

--Why Communism wouldn't be effective below.

However, overtime this would cost the government money. Keeping up with the population and maintaining the living conditions would always result in bankruptcy in the long run. Trying to feed everyone a loaf of bread is more expensive, then letting the people feed themselves. However, if everyone did all of their best effort. Bankruptcy would be less likely to happen, but we are humans. Humans have greed and jealousy that prevents the perfect Utopian world. A citizen in a Communist nation may not even have to lay a single finger and he will always earn the same benefit as someone who works extremely hard for the State. This citizen would cause others to do the same thing and do nothing for the State which would bankrupt the government. Therefore, causing them to convert to Capitalism to even get out of bankruptcy or barely ensure a profit in their treasury.
