Was my friend technically high?
I was with my friend this weekend. She was fairly drunk, and she ended up smoking marijuana, even though she had been proud that she hadn't for several months. She coughed a lot afterwards, and she said she didn't feel high at all. Does this mean that she did not use enough to get high, or was it just that she was too drunk to feel the effects?

I took a bunch or tramadol (200mg) and smoked like 3gs of some really really good bud and other than the pills I felt nothing, smoke pot first, of you usually won't get high
