A normal follicle size ready for ovulation should measure between 18 and 25 millimetres in diameter. Follicular growth can be measured by carrying out an ultrasound where a vaginal probe is inserted and the follicle can be seen when it is about 7 to 8 mm in size. The follicle grows at a rate of 1 to 2 mm per day, growing to a maximum of 25 mm then ruptures to release the egg during ovulation.
To be specific, rest you know what goes on, depending on objective procedure, which is normally pregnancy.

For fertility treatments, doctors like to see the follicle between 18-22mm. However, smaller and larger follicles can still be fertilized.
