Latin America Location Location Location?
Hello, My dream is to travel in latin america from place to place where the weather is perfect...
Not too hot not too cold...My QUESTION is; when it gets too cold and wet can I always just head for some Beach that would be otherwise way to HOT but since it is the Cold season else where in Latin America would the beaches be mild?

Weather will not be a problem with the fun you will have. Hostels or Hotels? Hostels are from $3 and up in all the countries but Costa Rica and Panama and all will have fans for sleeping and it does coll way down at night. Start in Guatemala please. See Tikal(Mayan ruins)...see Antigua also but my favorite there is Atatilan(sp) Lake. It is surrounded by maybe 20 small towns. Also Guatemala is one place the Indigenous(Indians) are flourishing. The Mayans run their country and they are beyond awesome. I live in Matagalpa,Nicaragua in the mountains. 59 to 91 degrees year round. Costa Rica will be the most expensive to visit. It is like a mini USA. Hope this helps some.
