I run out of GB, and result is that my internet package finishes before due payment time, any advice. OS 7.?

Technically if you use IE9 it consumes too much of KB say e.g. 244 KB in 2 hours (if you are working normally, no movies or other types of media).

The chrome browser will consume 244 KB in 4 hours in normal browsing, this is one of the reason.

Secondly you changes package to unlimited etc.

Best is that you work after rush hour and use chrome browser.

There are many technical points, which I think will be difficult for you to understand and follow.
