Any ideas why my poor hammy died?
So my hamster was about two and a half. She had been very active. All of the sudden one day i went to clean out her cage i tired to wake her up and get her out and she was cold and dead. Was it old age or did i do something wrong?

Hamsters don't have long lives - 2-4 yrs is about all they have. I'm sorry for your loss. My hamster Peanuts was 3-4 yrs old when he died.

At two and a half, she might have died of old age. Unfortunately, they don't live very long.
