My Neighbor is Abusive, has threatened Me As Well as My Boyfriend. How should I remedy this quickly.?

For the past 3 months I have had a neighbor that lived across me in the alley on Texas. Jason ws nice when we first met gim as he lived in my home town of hawaii, and his brother is a great kick boxer who has won many belts.When he first moved in, he would talk about how he used to get wasted every weekend but then found G-d, got married, and had two kids. After a little over a year we became close,then one weekend, he asked my boyfriend if he would get him some "Get Up and Go". Completly against my protests, he went ahead and introduced him. Finally, my boyfriend could see that this was not helping so he told him he could no longer get this for him. Last week, the whole thing culminated into a head, as our other neighbor also sells illegal drugs, and unfortunately, sold some of this to Jason's apprentice. Yesterday, Jason went to pick him up, and found him dead from an apparent drug over dose. Sad yes, but this person was an adult, made a decision on his own, and after weighing the pro's and con's. Felt that the pro's out rated the con's. When he returned home yesterday, he began to yell at my boyfriend accusing him of selling the opiate pills and began to threaten him, allowing his girlfriend to kick him about the face and back ( No. I was not there during this, less I would have put her in a cast for such blatant disrespect. Then tonight as I returned home from work, he stood by his back yard gate, and began calling me names, saying that I was .. Oh All kinds of stuff. To be honest, I wanted to hit him, because I am against that stuff, and work very hard to keep a clean home, and good spirited people in my life. I do not think I van handle another day of his cursing, and threats. What should I do?

He continues to yell late at night, saying things like I am a drug dependent and work on the craigslist. And telling our neighbors that My boyfriend is a drug dealer. All of which is untrue. I would love to past all of his antics up on telephone polls, in the grocery store, at schools, and churches, and every where that can do the greatest harm!

But I wouldn't do that. Is there any thing else that I might be able to do that is legal. Please help me, I am at the end of my tether!!!
