What is a good workout to keep in shape for volleyball?

Right now I have a break from volleyball between my school and club season. I was wondering what are some good workouts and workout routines to stay in shape for volleyball!

    Well, what my coach said to do is to keep conditioning. and running. We did 1 min push-ups/sit-ups/planks/sideplanks/wallsits/ like normal conditioning, and she said to RUN LIKE CRAZY! so keep conditioning :)
