OK sthen do it plain and simple, just have him over like it is nothing. When he arrives thinking maybe even you forgot then meet him at the door wearing your coat like your going out. Tell him that you were going to go to the store and pick up something you ordered for dinner, like pizza. Then stall for a few minutes at the house and give him a birthday kiss and let it linger for a bit and then let the coat drop open exposing you in all your glory! Total nude. If that doesn't do it for a birthday present he will never forget I'll come over.
