I like this girl but she's getting me involve in her boyfriend drama?

I've been friends with this girl for about 2 years. Were in 2 classes and we both work in the student union. I like because she's really smart and beautiful. She's been dating this guy for 8 months but I don't think he likes me. Whenever she's with me he calls like every hour and asks for pics to prove where we are. I have never met her boyfriend or talk to him. This past Friday we went to play some mini-golf and he kept calling every hour. I guess she had enough and asked me to talk to him. I told her there's no reason for me to talk to him. She puts him on speaker and he asks me where we were and what time she'll be done. I told her I didn't like that and don't want to be involve in her drama. Why did she do that?
