Whatever happened to the Palm Pilot?

    It ended up being succeeded by things like the Palm Treo smartphone which in turn was over powered by other smartphones like the Apple iPhone.

    Palm went on to launch their own iPhone competitor in the Palm Pre which saw some success but not to the level of the iPhone & others.

    Eventually Palm was bought by HP
