Mathmatic conversion of BTU to an equivalent Fahrenheit.?

I know there is no precise conversion but i'm looking for a close equivalent. So what I have is a radiant heat sensor trip switch the closes at 22,000 BTU. Was curious how hot this would be at 3 inches in direct range in zero wind?
