If it's the same clearinghouse, and it's deposited before 12 noon Monday thru Friday, they should be available the next business day. If it's on the weekend, usually the funds should clear by Tuesday or Wednesday the latest.

If the bank put a hold on a deposited check, the check will be available after midnight on the "available" date.
If it's just a pending transaction, it will be available after midnight the next bank business day (exclude weekends and holidays).
