Flaky stuff on my organic beer?

I had bought this bottle of Pinkus Organic Pils but when I poured there was some flaky stuff floating all over it, so I didn't drink it thinking I might've gotten a really old filthy rusty bottle. But now looking it up, I'm not sure if I made a mistake and that's how some organic stuff pours.

The 'flaky stuff' is sediment left over from the brewing process. This is completely natural.

Did you shake the bottle or tip it up or move it in anyway, as this would cause the sediment to rise and get mixed in the beer.

Usually beer is filtered out through (for example) a charcoal filter before bottling or canning, but this would probably not count as organic, so it is left in.

The best thing to do is leave the bottle for a day or two (in a cool place like a fridge) to allow the sediment to settle naturally, then be very careful pouring it out, so you leave the sediment in the bottle.
