How can I make my hair get thicker?
I am African American and my hair is way past my shoulders. It's medium length (even though some consider it long, but I definitely don't) and am pretty much happy with the length. The only thing is my hair has been appearing so much thinner lately, its not super like see through thin, but I just want it to be thicker and have more volume. I get Dominican Blowouts and stuff so it gets straightened, but it appears so thin when I first get it done, and I know its silky straight but I see other girls have their hair thicker than mine and silky straight.
Thanks Chu <3

Tips for thick hair
* Massage your scalp regularly using your fingertips. since blood circulation is needed for your hair.
* Massage olive oil into your scalp and leave it overnight. In the morning, wash it off with a mild shampoo.Olive oil helps in getting clean hair.
* Extract aloe vera gel from a couple of leaves. Mix the gel with an egg. Apply the mixture to your scalp every two weeks.
* Mix water and a spoonful of white vinegar and use this to add volume to your hair.
* For about 10 minutes a day, lie with your head down so that more blood comes to your scalp. Comb hair from the back of the neck toward the front to revitalize weakened roots of hair.
* Avoid ponytails and other hair styles that pull and stretch the strands of your hair.
* Stop sizzling.

Give your scalp a massage every day for 10 minutes and flip your head upside down for about 2 minutes to get the blood circulating around the follicles. Eat eggs and poultry for protein, your hair is protein so it requires it to grow. Drink plenty of water to hydrate and eat plenty almonds, fish and dark green vegetables. Biotin also helps, and check your iron intake too. And make sure to maintain the health and moisture of your hair using hydrating hair masks, like the Moroccan argan oil hair mask from Pro Naturals, that’s what helped me a lot.
