1998 Cadillac deville park/rev wiring question p0741 tcc reverse lights?

have a 98 deville it gets a po741 code for the tcc torque converter clutch. it has a fuse that is good and has power for the park/rev that controls the tcc and extended travel brake switch, reverse light relay and back up lamps, electrochromic mirror (in header) park relay, brake transaxle shift interlock(btsi) switch, btsi, pzm. the reverse lights don't work and the code for the tcc keeps coming on. it seems to work fine and shift right and the tcc solenoid in the transmission was changed. there is a orange wire that comes from the park/rev fuse that comes from the fuse and goes down into a large harness that goes over the transmission under the intake area. from the poor wiring diagrams I have found it says it goes to the reverse light relay which I cant find. I have looked in the trunk and under the hood and back seat. I would like to know where the orange wire from the park/rev fuse goes to and the location in the car.

Get a wiring schematic and follow it till you find its location.
