who would you drop if any and who to start?

OK I'm thinking about making some moves for the playoff push. I'm probably in but would be assured to be in if I win one more game. I'm thinking about adding a rb and wr so I'd like to hear your feedback.

My rbs are

R.bush,S.ridley,F.Jackson,R.Jennings, and D.sproles.

I'm thinking of dropping one and adding B.Rainey.

My wrs are W.welker,A.Johnson,T.Hilton,S.smith and P.harvin.

I'm thinking of adding K.allen or possibly crab tree but I'm not touching him until I'm more certain of his status.

Would you make changes and who would you start. Standard league, 2rb, 3wr no flex

Dump Steve Smith for Keenan Allen. Smith has been terrible this season. Allen has more upside with Rivers throwing him the ball.

Also drop Fred Jackson for Rainey, if you want. I think Spiller will be healthier now, and that will cut into Jackson's touches. Rainey is the unquestioned #1 RB in Tampa.

Rainey had one good game against a pitiful Atlanta D' he showed his true colors this week. I would rather have F Jackson. Steve Smith is still the # 1 receiver in Carolina, no way do I drop him. If you want to add a RB add D Johnson
