You can't generalize for North Indians where free mixing of boys & girls is not allowed everywhere, not even in schools & universities. There are still separate schools up to 12 th standard & separate degree colleges only for girls. In Kerala sex situation you will find very important for many. Kolhati & similar tribes of Maharashtra still value sex highly.

act of sex is overrated in india and given too much importance------>its a democracy ,and sexual freedom is also a right within democracy,,sexual freedom must be individual choice if he/she chooses to exercise it
the state and religions and society should not interfere in what an individual does with his /her private parts out of his/her own free will
