my Best Answers getting truncated (after being chosen)...why?

In the new version of YA (purple), my Best Answers are getting truncated to only a few lines.

This often happens after a link that I've used near the beginning, which purple-YA has turned into a playable video link.

Actually, I can see the rest of the text of my answer briefly, but disappears within a few seconds to the truncated version.

I've checked the same answer in green-YA and there the answer doesn't get shortened.

Here's one example showing the same answer in both the purple and the green versions:

Anyone know how to avoid this, or bring back the rest of my answer? (I sometimes link to my previous answers so want them to be complete)

And is this happening to others as well?

    This is actually the first time that I have seen it happen.

    When I clicked the second link, I got the same results as you described.

    I cannot think of any workaround other than to not post links, or post non-hyperlinks to videos.

    For example: http://google.com/ will hyperlink.

    www.google.com will not.

    You should definitely report this on the Yahoo Answers Suggestion Board.

    Yahoo Staff read it and will see it, and will work to fix it.

    Answers like this *could* be reported as being incomprehensible if much of the answer is cut off. So, answers that aren't violations could be reported mistakenly.

    Or, you could click the Make A Suggestion button and when you choose a category, make sure you choose Report Bugs.

    I didn't see anything wrong I both links.

    Perhaps it has been fixed now?
