PENA and Diaz win at TUF finale, are insecure fighters better?
I've often wondered this. Pena during her interviews sounded like the most sad and pathetic insecure person in that whole competition. Regardless who won the Diaz Maynard fight the Diaz camp would say Gray is just a ***** and doesn't really know how to fight. Ronda often when speaking proves she's incredibly insecure.
Is this a good thing? They all fight with such veracity and aggression as well as good technique. Is it good to be insecure?

I wouldn't say Julianna Pena was sad or insecure at all. Many of the ladies in the TUF house were in tears during the interviews or covering up their insecurities through *********, Pena seemed like the comfortable one in my opinion. Diaz & Rhonda are show boaters. They have a charisma & demeanour that sells tickets. I would not be surprised if both of them were very quiet and introverted when away from the public eye. Insecurity won't make you a better fighter...Josh Thompson taught nate diaz that lesson.

I think you should be both humble and confident in your abilities. If you are not nervous before a fight you are probably a little too confident in you abilities. But humility will keep you from getting too caught up in yourself.
