how to get started with c++?
i am a 15 year old boy i am very interested in becoming a programmer when i'm older i have learnt some java script and a tiny bit of html. my friend and i would like to try and make a very basic game we looked on the internet and it said c++ was the best language to do this in is this a good choice?
if yes how do you recommended we begin to learn the language as we know nothing with c++ any help would be really appreciated.

Hello,
C++ used to develop complex game and yes it's a good choice to learn C++. If you want to develop basic game then learn Visual Basic it's much more easier than C++. Once you have enough experience with it then go ahead and learn more complex languages such as C++, Java (Android Games), Objective-C (iPhone's Game) etc.

The dude who made minecraft used java. He made 100 MILLION POUNDS.
And yes C++ is a good choice for any programmer, get yourself the free "thinking in C++" website from google and just read all the tutorials.
So yea good luck on it. Who knows ya might well come up with a great game. Just NEVER let people talk you into the darkside of programming, keep going, keep learning.
