Panthers @ Saints: Predictions?
Just my opinion. No hate to Saints fans. Both teams are good.
Big game for both teams if the Saints enter the stadium 9-3. Panthers have won back to back games, home and away. We could be surprised. Carolina could win if Cam does better than he has these past 8 games. I've never watched the Saints play, and I've never been a big fan of them but I doubt Brees is comfortable while the Panthers defense rush after him. If the Panthers /do/ win, they won't be up by much. Possibly a field goal or touchdown. This season we have not seen this big of a game for the Panthers, and don't know how they respond to huge games. At the beginning season, Panthers held the Seahawks to 14 points. Carolina defense is excellent, and with Johnson coming back in the game against the Saints, it'll be a huge boost to the defense. Excuse me if I'm wrong but, last year the Panthers went to the Saints stadium and beat them 44-38. /Last year/. This year they're definitely much better. Panthers have won 19 out of 36. Saints won 16 out of 36. Carolina has won half of those games at the Saints. Panthers have won 4 games against the Saints with Cam as quarterback. Excuse my mistakes. Panthers win. 31-24
By the way, I mentioned to excuse me if I make any mistakes. So, don't go yelling.

Last year the Saints didn't have Sean Payton or Rob Ryan. I think both teams win their home games against the other. More points will be scored in the Dome. I'll say 27-24 Saints in their place and 20-17 Panthers in theirs. These are two tremendous teams and I can't wait to see how that division plays out down the stretch.

Although that's a decent idea, no.. Yes, the panthers won with Cam four times but two of those were last season when the "Saints" weren't the saints-they were missing their coach, had players suspended, barely got to practice during the offseason, Carolina was bound to beat them.
Now, The Saints dont lose at home-they haven't all season. They didn't in 2011 either. Last year they did, again, because they were off. They don't lose at home.
Second, The Panthers HAVE become a better team, yes. They also barely win all their games though...When they beat the niners, it was a defensive game since both teams have stellar defenses. Now, carolina won by 1 point. so it obviously wasn't a blowout-Carolinas offense just played a TAD better than san frans. When Carolina beat New england...it was luck. That was a game more similar to the New Orleans Carolina game-a defensive team against an offense team. Carolina BARELY beat new england, and they really were helped by the refs not calling obvious flags. The difference is, the saints are an end of game team-they'll turn it on when it counts. you'd know that if you watched their games. Also, the saints don't lose at home. And lastly- The pats and saints offense are about similar. Meaning, just like the pats, new orleans can take Carolinas D. yes, carolinas defense is good, but the saints can handle them. Unlike the Pats, the Saints Defense is no longer horrific. The Pats gave up too many points to Carolinas average offense. (no WR's, or running backs really...cam runs the most on the team.).The saints defense, with Rob ryan, is now 5th in the NFL which is significantly better than New Englands... they'll have a MUCH easier time keeping back Carolinas offense.
IN THE END saints will win, most likely both games, but definetly at home. And yes, iv'e put thought into it.
