Ok, so I just got a Vacca and wondering if you added expensive modifications such as bulletproof tires will the insurance price increase for you to replace it if you destroy it or for someone else destroys it? For example, say I maxed out the modifications and the raw replacement price is 3k with no modifications, but if it it fully modified will it be like 12k?

Yes the price would go up but if someone else destroys it, you wouldn`t have to pay for itm ;)
