my head hurts and it sounds like a fast drum in my right ear this has happened 2 times now what is going on?

Hi,
Since you have a history of a heart condition it is best to get advice from your doctor as soon as possible. In the mean time ensure you keep a diary of you headaches and ensure you can explain the noise in your ear as best as you can such as how fast is it going? is at the rate of heart beat? did it occur in certain positions? time of day? after exercise? after eating? etc to assist your doctor in forming a treatment plan.
