Is an occasional binge okay?
I'm on a diet. Today I ate two huge cookies, three brownies (processed ones), an entire bag of pepperoni, and three pieces of pizza. I haven't eaten like this in forever. Is an occasional binge okay?

Actually you should do this Atleast once every two weeks because your body will be use to healthy and little calories that when u eat stuff like that, it will reboot the metabolism for the whole week or so keeping you losing more weight etc
