This is such a stupid question,, but this guy I like, is strangely awkward and he will ask me for a high five? Is that weird? Does that mean he could possibly like me?
I've never dealt with such a shy and awakes guy ever... Any tips on how to get his nukber or ask to do something? Any advice would help thanks

That's his excuse of wanting to touch you. (NOT in THAT way.) He just want that to be his excuse, and Its obviously working, if you are giving him the High fives. If you want his number, Just say this" Hey, umm, I've seen to have lost my number, Can I have yours?" He might not give it to you, but It will be a funny way to break the ice, and make it easier to seriously ask for his number.
If you want to hang out somewhere, gather a group of friends, and then ask him to go to, so it's like a "group" thing, then A while after, ask him to do something with just the two of you.
