Is it creepy to Facebook message someone and tell them they're attractive?
No, I don't know this person personally. My university posted pictures from an event and I stumbled across a picture of a guy who was extremely adorable.
Can I just message him on Facebook, telling him he's attractive even though he doesn't know who I am, or is that just way off the creepy charts?

it's better to talk to him casually at first but it's not that creepy at all. Guys like it when women make the first move because it's kind of refreshing to not have to go chase them down. Don't message him more than once because if he doesn't message back the first time it's not that he didn't see your message it means that he thinks your unatractive because 95% of guys are going to spy on your profile before they send a return message.

No I don't think it's creepy. I found it cute when a guy commented on my post on Instagram yesterday calling me a "cutie". It also wasn't really creepy because he goes to my school. But you said u go to the same college. If I were you I would. You can always delete it if he doesn't respond, or if it still seems creepy to you.

Personally if he doesn't know you it's creepy. But that's just personally.
