I bought VIP meet and greet tickets to Melanie Martinez but got no information about it?

I'm just confused. I bought the tickets on ticket master. But got no information about the meet and greet except that I think I might have saw that it's a preshow meet and greet, meaning before the show. So does that mean that I should just go early? I can't find information about it anywhere, maybe because she's not very popular. I'm kind of worried. I've only been to one other concert, and it was for of monsters and men, who are more popular than Melanie Martinez, and like most concerts, i'm assuming, we stood in line to get in. Is that what I should do with Melanie Martinez? Will they know I have a VIP ticket? Lol help!
