Will a sugar cube dissolve faster if crushed?

Will a sugar cube dissolve faster at room temperature water when crushed, or will it dissolve faster as a whole sugar cube itself?

    Sugar should dissolve fast when it's crushed rather than as a full cube. This is because there's a larger surface area where the water's touching the sugar.

    I think stirring or increasing the temperature would increase the speed everything dissolved more.

    crushed, because more sugar is exposed to the water at the same time.
